Takeaway catering:

  • The general delivery period is from 11:00 pm to 22:00 pm. If the order contains food categories, there will be a delivery date and time selector during checkout. The delivery time will vary according to the traffic conditions on the road. Please reserve a time hours to prepare.
  • For other arrival times, surcharges apply, please check with us.
  • Guests are required to pick up the food at the delivery location within half an hour before and after the arrival time stated on the confirmed order, otherwise the driver will charge an additional waiting fee according to the situation, or have the right to return the food to the company. The company will not make any rescheduled, re-made food or refunds in this regard.
  • The free shipping service of the food at the meeting is only applicable to ground delivery, and a location where the vehicle can be parked free of charge on the ground of the housing estate or building must be provided. If there is a parking fee, the customer will pay the driver directly.


  • If the delivery location needs to go up and down stairs, a fee of $50 per floor will be charged.
  • *If you miss or send the wrong food, please notify on the same day so that you can arrange for a replacement or refund. No compensation will be made for failure to notify on the same day. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.
  • *Due to the epidemic situation, such as hospitals / buildings with confirmed cases of infection recently, the delivery staff will arrange delivery downstairs in the building, and customers will be notified by phone before delivery.

Pre -order items

  • If the pre-ordered items cannot be delivered at the same time as the food at the meeting, guests can choose to pick them up at the store or send them by SF Express/PICKKUP/LALAMOVE.

Special arrangement

  • Delivery services will be delayed if a gale or storm signal is hoisted, a red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or in weather conditions that we determine are not safe to deliver.
  • Note that all mailing risks (including delay, damage, loss or accidental theft caused by mailing) shall be borne by the buyer; please check the goods immediately after receiving the goods. If you find that the quantity of the goods does not match or the style of the goods is wrong, you should refuse to accept Pieces, to be returned to the company by the courier company
  • Undeliverable Order Arrangements: Undeliverable reasons may include incorrect address, absence of recipient, or unclaimed merchandise. When an undeliverable order package is received, we will notify the customer by email/phone and arrange for re-delivery. There will be a HK$40 handling fee for re-shipped packages.
  • If the customer's choice of delivery location is changed due to the change of the logistics company's policy or the current situation, the company cannot interfere with the other party's policy. Everything is based on the final decision of the logistics company. It is also recommended that the customer can take the initiative to contact the logistics company to change the address.
  • Regarding the different cooperative self-pickup points/smart lockers provided by third-party logistics companies, there may also be risks of changes due to the current cooperation situation, such as changes in location/business hours; if there are any changes, the final pick-up location may be reassigned To a new location close to the original location, the final decision rests with the third-party logistics company, please note.
