- Pictures are for reference only.
- All orders, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled or changed, and payments made are non-refundable.
- Ground settlement refers to the location in a housing estate or building where vehicles can be parked.
- If the delivery location needs to go up and down stairs, a fee of $50 per floor will be charged.

- For delivery to other remote areas, please contact us for inquiries.
- The general delivery time is 11:00 – 22:00. If you need other arrival times, you will be charged for attachments, please contact us for inquiries.
- Customers need to pick up the food at the delivery location within half an hour before and after the arrival time stated in the confirmed order, otherwise the driver will charge an additional waiting fee according to the situation, or have the right to return the food to the company. The company will not make any rescheduled, re-made food or refunds in this regard.
- In the event of a black rainstorm or typhoon No. 8 or above, the order will be automatically postponed, and we will contact you to make a new order arrangement. No refunds will be given for food already ordered, sorry for the inconvenience.
- Free disposable cutlery is provided according to the number of persons in the set, extra cutlery will be charged separately. One set of disposable tableware is included with every $100 purchase of a la carte food.
- If you miss or send the wrong food, please notify us on the same day so that you can arrange for a replacement or refund. No compensation will be made for failure to notify on the same day. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.
- In the event of any dispute, Deardeli reserves the right of final decision regarding ordering arrangements, terms and conditions.
